Gentry Taylor

I am a compassionate and culturally responsive psychotherapist dedicated to

supporting individuals, families, and communities in achieving emotional wellness and

personal growth. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and

have experience providing therapy across the lifespan, including children, adolescents,

and adults.

My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding

of mental health that honors each person’s unique background, values, and life

experiences. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression,

trauma, stress, life transitions, and relational challenges. I also conduct diagnostic

assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that promote meaningful,

measurable progress.

I am passionate about serving diverse, multicultural populations, and I strive to create a

safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and

empowered. My work is informed by clinical best practices and a deep commitment to

emotional, psychological, and (when desired) spiritual integration.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-oriented, and client-centered. I draw from

modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy,

Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength-Based and Solution-Focused approaches.

Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools

to help you navigate challenges and experience lasting change.
